Customers are increasingly influenced and making the purchasing decisions based upon an online website experience yet the average online retail website visitor to customer conversion rate is just 1%.

The question is how do you increase online effectiveness?

There is a big push towards increasing the effectiveness through the use of rich media video such as CLIVE (video outside the box) and video inside the box.

Some tips on working with CLIVE

 

  • Is a unique media space as you're dealing with your viewers personal space (less than a metre)
  • Make you presentations very warm, personable and customer focused - as if meeting someone face to face.
  • The first 12.5 seconds are the most important (average viewer engagement time) - get the WIIFM (What's In It For Me)
  • Be creative and dare to be different (creative differentiation - see CLIVE home page [in the box] videos)
  • Depending on budget - Consider a "welcome back" message(s) - short 15 second clip(s) for returning visitors.
