Gone bush - you're looking out in the distance - not a soul to be seen.
Nature humbles - flood, fire, storm, sea - the vastness.
We compare - our relative position that gives context - (about 2.5 people per km2)
Yet, our cities buzz like bees, just as busy as elsewhere on the global competitive stage - the NBN connection!
What defines is "attitude" - how we respond - the decisions we make - how we engage and serve.
The unique characteristics of the tribe.
"She'll be right mate" fades towards "work to play" - landscape harmony outdoor desire.
We celebrate a day - a BBQ, a beer, a boat or the beach.
This morning across the country - Citizenship Ceremonies - a history of immigration - the tribe evolves.
Back on the BBQ - some lamb chops, a curry, a kebab.
I'll have some old Aussie Crawl with my Wolfmother.
Such is the rich tapestry.
Volunteers inspire - "press on" - the spirit rises.
Happy Australia Day
